A course consisting of four workshops begins at the start of each month throughout the year. Each course is open to five participants. You can register for any course in advance.We offer courses in PUBLIC SPEAKING, BRITISH ACCENT and CLARITY and SINGING TECHNIQUE. A course consists of four workshops, each 90 minutes long, covering all fundamentals of voice production from posture, breathing and voice production to tone quality, registers, phrasing and articulation. PUBLIC SPEAKERS: 4 week course.Mondays 6.30-8.00pm. Beginning on the first Monday of each month. For all public speakers who wish to work on breathing, support, vocal economy, projection, holding the interest of the listeners, avoiding deliberation, stuttering and dealing with nerves. £160

BRITISH ACCENT: 4 week course. Tuesdays 6.30pm-8.30pm. Beginning on the first Tuesday of each month. Open to those who wish to improve their spoken accent. This is an entirely new approach to accent work as it gives the speaker the skills by which the voice can assimilate a clearer and more articulate English. SINGING TECHNIQUE: 4 week course. Wednesdays fro 6.30-8.00pm. Beginning on the first Wednesday of each month. This course addresses all aspects of vocal technique. Breathing and supporting correctly. Expanding the range, placing the sound on the breath, controlling vibrato, singing in tune. A scientific and holistic approach.£160

a comprehensive vocal technique based on a singers use of vocal economy with emotional content of sound.

British Accents

To improve spoken accent. In these workshops we will look at the English vowel sounds, learn to open them, learn to support the consonants, learn about reflex breathing (which helps with relaxing your larynx) and calm your nerves. Plus public speaking techniques.

Children Workshops

Children Age 3-6

Creative workshop where children learn about singing and music through a series of playful activities such as rhythm games, drama and movement games, singing songs in parts, in canon or in harmony, improvisation and other engaging exercises involving the voice, the body and musical instruments too!
